Our Story
Since our the successful ballot in May 2017 we have been putting in place plans for WCO to take on services from the Council.
In April 2018 we want live in delivering:
Repairs
Cleaning
Grounds Maintenance
Tenancy Management
We have agreed the Management Agreement with Southwark and this details what we do and how we will do it. Click here to see it
Cleaning – We have agreement in place with pinnacle to deliver cleaning and ground maintenance service (click here to see) Cleaning Schedule
Repairs – We have agreements in place with Elkins Constructions, Eastside and Klassic to deliver our day to day services.
Garden and Social Committee (GSC) – The purpose of this committee is to increase the sense of community spirit of residents of Wrayburn House and it’s neighbouring blocks, keeping the TMO values of inclusivity and diversity at the forefront of the decision-making process; organise events and gardening for residents to achieve greater community involvement through social and gardening events. This will also be an opportunity for other TMO members and residents to be involved and give time for the benefit of themselves and the wider community.
